Anyone that has been to Mal Pais, Costa Rica,
can tell you about the profound calmness and overwhelming sense
of serenity that exudes here. It is innate to the land, fed by the
scent of flor blanca, softly chirping parrots, and smooth rhythms
of the Pacific Ocean. Even Costa Rican Tico's claim Mal Pais to
be among paradise, despite the literal translation of "Bad
Place". There simply is a soothing calm in the air that you
can readily feel, and it stays with you when you return home.

March House channels that feeling of serenity.
With the subtle balance of man-made and natural materials, the house
meets Mother Nature in a warm handshake. The open walls blur where
inside and outside meet. The fine lines of the concrete facade and
steps, counter the lush grass and leafy trees. The rounded door
handles and silent ceiling fans reflect the softness of air coming
in off the beach. Even the hues of March House reflect the tones
of the environment.
